Term of Service

GENERAL
1. By placing an order you have agreed to my term of service.
2. I can decline commission I am not comfortable to work on or commission I feel that I don't have the capacity to complete.
3. My service only covers graphic design. Artwork will be provided by client (please include the credit).
4. All works can be used for streaming and promotion of said stream as per the graphic intended. Using for merchandise or other purpose outside of agreement is prohibited.
5. Editing, altering, enhancing my work without permission including feeding it into AI-based tool or turning it into nft or other format is prohibited.
6. Please tag my twitter (@vvintervane) when posting my work.PAYMENT
1. Full payment is required before starting the work. Payment can be done via paypal invoice after I accepted your commission.
2. Refund will not be available after I started working on the project unless I can't complete the project in which the refund process would be initiated by me.REVISION
1. There will be no revision for my [skeb] service.
2. [Standard] service will have two free minor revision chances. Each minor revision after it will cost $5.
3. Major revision will requires more fee.DEADLINE AND DELIVERY
1. Deadline and NDA should be communicated and agreed upon before I started the work
2. After you placed an order it will take 1-7 days for me to review and accept the commission. Once accepted you will be placed on the queue. After marked as WIP the estimated working time varies from 1 week to 1 month. The overall process might range from 3 weeks to 2 months depending on my workload.
3. I will respect NDA up to 2 months after the completion of the work
4. The final result will be sent via email.
5. After the final result is delivered it's your responsibility to keep them save as I don't keep the files forever.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
1. I keep the right of my work and I will be able to publish them in my social media or portofolio website as promotion material of my service.
2. Editing and repurposing work outside of the initial purpose that was agreed is prohibited.
3. Making commercial merchandise out of my work is prohibited.
4. Editing, altering, enhancing my work without permission including feeding it into AI-based tool or turning it into nft or other format is prohibited.
6. Claiming my work as your own is prohibited.

1. Communication will be done via email (I only accept instruction in text). Feel free to dm questions before you decide to comm me.
2. I will update you everytime it hits a significant progress.
3. Should the communication from the client suddenly cut off I will continue to deliver the work based on client's initial request. Unused revision chances of the ghosting client will expire 5 x 24 hour / after the final work is delivered.
